When you order products online we will require your name, email address and delivery address in order to allow us to fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your delivery when required. We ask for your home telephone number so as to enable us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For some deliveries this number may also be given to our couriers, though in strict accordance with UK Data Protection legislation.
If you pay by card using our automated online payment system, your payment and card details are encrypted, transmitted and processed and stored securely and will not be shared or traded with any third parties under the regulations set out in the Data Protection Act 1984 and 1998.
Your information will be stored in a protected database on our server. We routinely back-up our server and databases which may include your contact details. This information is securely stored for back-up purposes only and will not be used by any third parties.
